From overseeing daily operations to developing partnerships and opportunities, they play a key role in growing Revive’s mission to reduce waste, support local people and create lasting change across West Cumbria

Whether collecting donations, restoring furniture or helping customers find the perfect piece, Simon is at the heart of Revive’s day-to-day work. Their hands-on approach helps turn unwanted furniture into valuable community resources while supporting a more sustainable future.

Friendly, organised and always happy to help, Joy plays a key role in keeping Revive running smoothly. With responsibility for overseeing day-to-day administration, she supports the team across a wide range of activities, from customer enquiries and scheduling to records management and operational coordination. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the organisation and approachable nature make her an invaluable part of the Revive team.

Keira

Keira is often the first point of contact at Revive, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. She supports the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, helping customers, volunteers and partners with enquiries while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Friendly, efficient and approachable, Keira helps create a welcoming experience for everyone who connects with Revive.

Dave specialises in furniture restoration, helping transform donated items into quality pieces ready for a second life. His practical skills, attention to detail and passion for reuse support Revive’s environmental and community goals.

Board of Directors

Revive CIC is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who provide strategic leadership, oversight and support. The Board helps ensure the organisation remains sustainable, well governed and focused on delivering positive social and environmental impact across West Cumbria.

Gemma

Gemma Leadbetter is Chair of Revive CIC. She brings experience in partnership development, funding and project delivery, helping guide Revive’s community-led work and create opportunities for local people.

Graham

Graham brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in waste management, with expertise in operational delivery, environmental compliance, service improvement and resource efficiency.

Rob

Rob brings strategic sustainability and leadership experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors, including senior work on environmental and social impact, stakeholder engagement and sustainable development.
