Revive Furniture Recycling CIC is a community-owned social enterprise in Mirehouse, Whitehaven. We collect, refurbish and redistribute quality furniture, helping local people access affordable household essentials while reducing waste and protecting the environment. Through furniture reuse, skills development and community support, we’re creating positive social and environmental impact across West Cumbria.

Leading Revive’s vision into action, Jordan combines a passion for community impact with practical leadership. From overseeing daily operations to developing partnerships and opportunities, they play a key role in growing Revive’s mission to reduce waste, support local people and create lasting change across West Cumbria.

Revive Operative
Whether collecting donations, restoring furniture or helping customers find the perfect piece, Simon is at the heart of Revive’s day-to-day work. His hands-on approach helps turn unwanted furniture into valuable community resources while supporting a more sustainable future.

Chair
This beautiful one-of-a-kind chair has been lovingly restored and reupholstered by a learner on the Revive Employability Upcycling Course, giving it a fresh new look and a brand-new lease of life.
Combining style, craftsmanship and sustainability, this unique piece would make a wonderful addition to any home.
Oak blanket chest
Beautiful solid Mexican corner cabinet with a warm honey finish. Features two cupboard sections with panelled doors and decorative hinges, along with two open display shelves, making it ideal for storing and displaying ornaments, books, photos, or kitchenware.
Designed to fit neatly into a corner, helping maximise space while adding a traditional rustic charm to any room. Sturdy, well-made piece in good condition with plenty of storage throughout.
Dining chair set (4)
Beautiful upcycled round dining table and four chairs, lovingly restored to give them a fresh new lease of life. The table has been professionally refinished with a natural wood top and painted base, while the chairs have been reupholstered in a stylish neutral fabric to complement any home décor. A charming, solid set that blends classic country style with modern elegance. Perfect for kitchens, dining rooms, or breakfast areas.
